1. How delivery is arranged

Delivery terms are agreed as part of your quotation. Once you accept a quotation and the order is confirmed, our team schedules dispatch and confirms the delivery arrangement with you directly.

Our efficient logistics ensure safe and timely delivery of products, and a strong supply chain ensures on-time delivery across industries.

2. Delivery area

We supply educational institutions, research laboratories, healthcare providers and industrial customers across Pakistan. For deliveries outside our standard area, please raise it when requesting your quotation so we can confirm arrangements and any additional cost.

3. Packaging and handling

Chemicals and laboratory items are packed appropriately for safe transport. We offer bulk purchasing and customized packaging options — tell us your packaging requirement in your quote request.

• Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are provided with all chemical products.
• Our team provides expert guidance on handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Protective gear and spill management solutions are available to support safe handling on site.

4. Receiving your delivery

Please check the consignment on arrival, before signing for it. If anything is damaged, short-supplied or incorrect, tell the driver and contact us straight away so we can resolve it.

• Someone authorised to receive and store the products should be available at the delivery address.
• Please make sure the delivery address and contact number you give us are complete and correct.

5. Lead times

Lead time depends on the product, the grade and pack size requested, and whether the item is held in stock, available on request or made to order. The expected lead time for your specific requirement is confirmed in your quotation.

Because we import directly from leading manufacturers worldwide and clear customs through our sister company, Trade Wheel, we are able to keep our supply chain short and predictable.

6. Delays

If a delivery is delayed for any reason outside our control, we will keep you informed and agree a revised date with you.
